Messaging Program Information

Program Purpose

OpenDream Studios sends operational account notifications to clients and team members who have explicitly opted in. This program is not used for marketing, promotional campaigns, or any third-party content.

How to Opt In

Primary opt-in path (web form): Submit the SMS opt-in form at https://opendreamstudios.com/contact. The form requires a first name, last name, mobile phone number, and an explicit, unchecked consent checkbox that must be affirmatively checked by the user before submission. The exact consent disclosure shown on the form reads:

"By checking this box, I agree to receive SMS text messages from OpenDream Studios for internal account and booking notifications at the mobile number provided. Message frequency varies (100 messages per month). Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help, STOP to opt out at any time. Consent is not a condition of any purchase."

Secondary opt-in path (keyword): Text START to +1 (888) 401-9334 from the mobile number you wish to enroll, after reviewing this SMS Policy.

Message Types

Messages contain operational account notifications such as booking confirmations, project status updates, and support replies.

Sample message: "OpenDream Studios: New booking request received. Please log in to the app to review and approve. Reply STOP to opt out. Reply HELP for help."

Frequency and Rates

Estimated monthly volume is 100 messages. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply based on each recipient's carrier plan.

Opt-Out and Help

Supported keywords: START, HELP, STOP. Reply STOP to opt out at any time. Reply HELP for support. Opted-out contacts are not messaged again unless they provide new consent by submitting the opt-in form again or texting START.

How Consent Is Collected and Recorded

1) The user navigates to https://opendreamstudios.com/contact and reviews the SMS program disclosure (program purpose, message types, frequency, rates, and HELP/STOP instructions) shown directly adjacent to the opt-in form.

2) The user enters their first name, last name, and mobile phone number, then affirmatively checks an unchecked consent checkbox containing the consent disclosure language above. The submit button is disabled until the checkbox is checked.

3) The user clicks the "Opt In to SMS Updates" button. The system records a consent record containing the user's name, normalized phone number, the exact consent language shown, the source URL, the timestamp, the IP address, and the user agent.

4) The system sends a confirmation SMS to the provided number and the user is redirected to a confirmation page at /contact/opt-in-confirmed.

5) The user can reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP at any time for support. Consent is not a condition of any purchase and is collected only for operational notifications.
