Scope

Services include software development, consulting, and operational system support as agreed in project terms.

Acceptable Use

Any provided systems must be used lawfully and in alignment with agreed project requirements.

Intellectual Property

Ownership, licensing, and transfer terms are defined by project agreements and statements of work.

Operational Messaging

Messaging channels are used only for transactional and operational account updates related to active work.

Messaging Consent

Messaging is sent only to recipients who provide direct, affirmative consent. The primary opt-in path is the SMS opt-in form at https://opendreamstudios.com/contact, which requires an explicit, unchecked consent checkbox. As a secondary path, recipients may text START to +1 (888) 401-9334 after reviewing the SMS Policy.

Estimated message frequency is 100 messages per month. Frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Recipients can reply HELP for support or STOP to opt out at any time.

Supported SMS keywords are START, HELP, and STOP. Consent to receive messages is not a condition of any purchase and is collected only for operational notifications. Mobile information is not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
